🕒 Late Policy
Being more than 15 minutes late will result in a cancelled appointment with no refund.
❌ No Show Cancellation
No-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in no refund.
📅 Booking Policy
Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling or cancelling must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment.
👥 Plus ones are welcome, but children are not allowed in the studio for safety and comfort reasons.
